Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with voucher booking and maintenance of accounts in accounting package.
∎ Assist with preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Assist with the financial statement close process and annual audit.
∎ Assist with preparation of monthly tax return and submitting hard copy documents to the tax office.
∎ Assist to prepare the instructions for payments made to the vendor with applicable withholding tax and submit for Party A’s approval.
