Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain petty cash and support monthly closing activities.
- Input financial transactions record into the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers and journal entries.
- Help with reconciliations of bank, customer, and supplier accounts.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation.
- Other tasks as per management instruction.
- Coordinate with suppliers/customers to ensure Tax and VAT with proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak 9.1, 6.3, etc.) and TDS statements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax and VAT laws in Bangladesh.
- Maintain VAT registers, challans, and other documentation.
