Educational Requirements:
∎ Partly qualified in Chartered Accountancy (CA) - Professional level or above / Charted Institute Of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of front-end overhead budget and monitoring adherence to the same.
∎ Follow up on the company fund transfers to ensure adequate fund availability.
∎ Preparation and review of cash flow statements & balance sheets.
∎ Facilitate the Audits - Annual Statutory Financial Audit/Corporate tax return audit & Annual stock verifications etc.
∎ Safeguarding of the fixed assets of the company.
∎ Legal & secretarial related work (Corporate tax return submission/ Transfer pricing/AGM filling and corresponding with legal requirements).
∎ Review of the Bank reconciliations.
∎ Payment approvals with validation of VAT & WHT applicability.
∎ Executive payroll disburse.
∎ Coordinate the insurance related matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 5 years of corporate experience with strong knowledge in financial accounting with an understanding of factory operational processes.
∎ Professional experience from Audit firms will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate should be from Cumilla or willing to move to Cumilla and work.
