Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified Accountant for `Strengthening Household Opportunity through Youth Engagement (SHOYE) Project.
∎ Supported by: The Kadoorie Charitable Foundation
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven skills in financial management, managing of donors fund, VAT, Tax and relevant compliance of government and NGOAB. Required skilled on budget preparation, budget monitoring and keeping track of project expenses. Good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skill. Knowledge on procurement procedure, different payment procedures and maintain books of accounts. Candidate should have a good knowledge on safe guarding (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment). Candidate will have to mention their personal email address, mobile phone & Skype ID in the CV.
∎ Age Limit: Bellow 50 years.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. - 28,000/-

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year. 5-10% salary increment (based on gross salary) in each year as per performance appraisal. Other admissible benefit as per MJSKS policy which is mentioned in the project budget.
