Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts and financial records
Manage purchase records, vouchers, bills, and invoices
Update cash book, bank book, and ledger regularly
Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses
Maintain inventory and stock-related accounts
Track supplier payments and receivables
Support in preparing VAT/Tax-related documents as required
