∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Additional background: min 5 years experience as hospital/medical center accountant.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
∎ Must have Some knowledge about VAT and Income taxes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control.
∎ Execute journal entries as per receipt.
∎ Monitor the collection of due payments.
∎ Prepare and verify bills/vouchers for vendors and other expenses.
∎ Prepare and maintain fixed assets register.
∎ Prepare the cash and bank book.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the management.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan, Record Maintain.
∎ Petty Cash Maintenance.
∎ Maintain general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records;
∎ Prepare bill, and credit realization, field visit (If necessary).
∎ Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation.
