∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Receivable & Payable Accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliations statement.
∎ Prepare payroll sheet.
∎ Maintain and preserve documents.
∎ Pass all voucher entries timely & accurately.
∎ Update general cash book, petty cash book and bank book regularly.
∎ Prepare Govt. Project Accounts maintaining all supporting vouchers.
∎ Prepare Receipts & Payments Statement and Income & Expenditure Statement·
∎ Maintain fixed asset register.
∎ Prepare monthly budget and compare with actual.
∎ Prepare monthly cash flow statement.
∎ Prepare financial statements on periodic basis.
∎ Should have knowledge about L/C, Costing, Internal Control, EOI (Expression of Interest).
∎ Financial analysis of Accounting data and prepare clear analytical report.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
