Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounting and Treasury:
∎ Prepare and maintain cash books ensuring completeness and accuracy of data entry.
∎ Ensure that coding are accurate and appropriately approved by authorized personnel.
∎ Update cash and bank books on daily basis, controlling access and ensuring data integrity.
∎ Ensure internal control procedures are followed for all cash disbursements, receipts and transfers.
∎ Ensure all accounts are reconciled with closing balances of the general ledger.
∎ Ensure Timely deposited of VAT and TAX to Govt. Responsible for all type of Tax and VAT of the organization for deduction and deposit.
