Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts Finance, General Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain general ledger.
∎ Maintaining cash transactions such as requisition from head office, sales from factory, cash expenditure etc.
∎ Bank transaction; cash withdrawn and deposits and maintain liaison with the bank.
∎ All voucher management; record keeping, checking for anomalies and placement for final approval.
∎ Staff entertainment / conveyance sheet final checking before placement for approval.
∎ Petty cash maintaining and head wise posting.
∎ Responsible for reports sent daily to Head office. Maintain liaison with all concerned.
∎ Both hard copy and soft copy documents filing improvement to best suit the functions purposes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given for Accounts experience in manufacturing.
∎ Computer skills e.g. MS Office is essential, Tally software.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines

Salary: Negotiable
