Job Context: "Ahead Solar Limited, through its groundbreaking initiative "Palash Charging Station," is transforming the EV sector in Bangladesh. We provide 100% solar-charged lithium-ion batteries to Easybike and Mishuk drivers on a daily rental basis. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our dynamic team and manage our daily financial operations."
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately track, record, and reconcile daily battery rental collections from our dealers and drivers across various locations.
Maintain up-to-date daily cash books, general ledgers, and accounts receivable/payable.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements, expense reports, and revenue summaries for the management team.
Manage daily office petty cash, process vendor payments, and assist with employee payroll preparation.
Handle banking transactions, deposits, and monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented with invoices/receipts and comply with standard accounting principles.
