Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Management: Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Cost Tracking: Monitor and analyze project costs related to structural design and pre-cast pile driving activities, providing detailed reports on budget performance and cost variances.
∎ Payroll Management: Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages, tax deductions, and other statutory obligations.
∎ Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and client billing, ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
∎ Tax Compliance: Prepare and file taxes, ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements and deadlines, while identifying any tax-saving opportunities.
∎ Audit Support: Assist in preparing financial documents for internal and external audits, ensuring that the company’s financial practices are transparent and compliant with local regulations.
∎ Cash Flow Management: Maintain records of cash flow, ensuring that funds are available for ongoing projects and operational expenses.
∎ Financial Strategy Support: Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions related to business growth, project investments, and cost control measures.
