Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making customer invoices, bill entry and keeping daily expense record
∎ Daily cash and banks update and analyze sales report
∎ Suppliers & vendors payment Issue, customer dues and refund
∎ Monthly banks reconciliation and produce monthly sales report
∎ Contact with the customers and supplier
∎ Monitor airlines and suppliers' incentive, fixed assets, prepayments
∎ Payroll (salary calculation and payment and monitoring staff benefits with the help of administration team, e.g. annual leave and indemnity)
∎ Responsible for BSP reconciliation and timely process with existing team
∎ Monitors BSP & IATA correspondence and required reports, credit card reconciliation
∎ Monitors general invoicing, credit limits of customers, refunds, delivery of invoices timely, AR, petty cash custodian
∎ Handles AR cases under litigation, liaises between the lawyers and customers (e.g. legal notices delivery, court fees, etc.)
∎ Abide by Company Policy and Procedure

Information about NCL Tours:

Online Technology: Recently we have established business contract with Digital Trip (eVolve version 3) who will provide technology support to rebuild our online presence. We have business relationship with Multicom (FAB) to use their internet booking engine (Find and Book) via API and connect to all of our suppliers.

Back Office Solution: We have signed a contract with Dolphin Dynamics to use their Back Office solution which will be connected with Amadeus GDS system.

Corporate Relationships: We have business relationship with leading travel technology provider and Travel back office solution provider.
