Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
∎ Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
∎ Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
∎ Prepare and present reports on account status, including performance metrics and recommendations.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
∎ Identify opportunities for account growth and propose solutions to clients.
∎ Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational and project management abilities.
∎ Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
∎ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
