Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or graduation degree from any reputed institution.
∎ A major in Marketing is preferred
∎ Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Effective email communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a liaison between the agency's clients and its internal departments including creative, digital marketing, media and BTL operations team.
∎ Take and understand brief from client(s) and/ or supervisor.
∎ Plan and execute strategies for client management, including monthly and quarterly calendar development and business progress.
∎ Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.
∎ Assist and coordinate campaign(s) collaterals and organize pre-production meeting, photoshoots, video shoots, design outputs, etc.
∎ Manage, review and present the client's marketing and advertising projects.
∎ Conduct meetings with the clients, and also inform them about the current work status of their projects.
∎ Maintain and nurture business relationships with clients.
∎ Continuously follow up with the clients regarding their brands' health and recommend ideas to sustain and grow.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to develop new and innovative offerings and services.
∎ Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, ensure profitability and adhere to organizational policies.
