∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber
∎ Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
∎ Basic knowledge of electrical, air condition system.
∎ Familiarity with general maintenance processes and methods.
∎ Ability to use tools and work with common appliances and devices.
∎ Good hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills.
∎ Physically fit and able to work overtime if needed.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
∎ Basic knowledge of electrical, air condition system.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Do the basic AC Maintenance (Routine Services, Repin of VRF and Domestic AC) .
∎ Help install and fix ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems as needed.
∎ Maintain Refrigerator and Freezer systems to keep them working well.
∎ Inspect fire alarms and other safety systems, and arrange repairs when necessary.
∎ Perform simple repairs (fix locks, replace windows, etc.).
∎ Take care of general upkeep tasks like gardening and other small jobs (painting, carpentry, etc.).
∎ Help plan the Demand, budget and make sure it is followed.
