Job Responsibilities:
∎ Abacus Instruction: The primary responsibility is to teach students how to use the Abacus effectively. This includes demonstrating the basic principles of the Abacus, explaining the beads' value and positioning, and guiding students through various mathematical operations.
∎ Curriculum Development: Developing a structured curriculum for teaching Abacus, including lesson plans, learning materials, and activities that progressively build students' skills and proficiency.
∎ Child-Centric Approach: Adopting a child-friendly and engaging teaching approach to keep young learners motivated and interested in learning with the Abacus.
∎ Classroom Environment: Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation, fosters a love for mathematics, and enhances students' confidence in using the Abacus.
∎ Progress Monitoring: Monitoring students' progress and performance in using the Abacus through regular assessments and evaluations. Identifying areas where students may need additional support and tailoring instruction accordingly.
∎ Individualized Instruction: Providing individualized attention and support to students with different learning paces and needs, ensuring that each student can grasp Abacus techniques effectively.
∎ Parent Communication: Regularly communicating with parents to update them on their child's progress, discuss strengths and areas for improvement, and provide suggestions for supporting their child's learning at home.
∎ Educational Resources: Ensuring the availability of Abacus learning materials, practice sheets, and other educational resources to aid in the teaching and learning process.
∎ Technology Integration: Integrating educational technology, such as digital Abacus tools or interactive software, to enhance the learning experience and provide additional practice opportunities for students.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, staying updated with the latest developments in Abacus education, and incorporating innovative teaching methods.
∎ Demonstrations and Competitions: Organizing demonstrations or competitions to showcase students' Abacus skills, celebrate their achievements, and provide opportunities for them to demonstrate their proficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be interested in teaching Math to children
