Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create realistic 3D models of interiors and exterior, furniture, and architectural elements.
∎ Develop high-quality renderings using software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Blender, or Lumion.
∎ Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
∎ Work closely with interior designers and architects to understand design concepts.
∎ Ensure visualizations align with project specifications, mood boards, and material selections.
∎ Assist in client presentations by creating compelling visual content.
∎ Apply accurate materials, colors, and finishes based on real-life product references.
∎ Produce 3D visuals, walkthroughs, and animations to showcase design concepts.
∎ Optimize textures and models for efficient rendering.
∎ Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
