∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be fluent in English Language.
∎ Leadership and team collaboration abilities

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project's vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.
∎ Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, and visual aesthetics for new interior or renovations.
∎ Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models (using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3dmax etc.)
∎ Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.
∎ Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
∎ Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates.
