• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• Good knowledge about Architectural 2D and 3D drawings of Interior Design.
• Excellent graphical representation skills.
• Good 3D Modeling, visualization, and rendering skills.
• Innovative and skilled in design development.
• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
• Coordinating skills between Architects and Engineers.
• Prepare Client Meeting Presentation
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Project Progress Reports
• Develop concepts and detailed designs and drawings.
• Landscaping & Architectural detail drawing design by using standard software.
• Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, 3D Studio Max, v-ray, Sketch Up, Enscape Lumion 3D, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.

• We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer who can produce high-quality architectural and interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, and visualization software.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Create realistic 3D interior visualizations.

  • Develop 3D models from AutoCAD drawings and design concepts.

  • Produce high-quality render images and walkthrough animations.

  • Work closely with architects and designers for project development.

  • Apply materials, lighting, textures, and furniture details accurately.

  • Modify designs and renders based on client and management feedback.

  • Ensure timely delivery of visualization work.

  • Maintain design quality and presentation standards.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in 3D visualization and rendering.

    • Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.

    • Strong sense of design, lighting, and detailing.

    • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
