• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Developer

• Age 18 to 35 years

• 1–3 years of practical experience in 3D visualization and client interaction (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
• Confidence to handle clients independently and build professional relationships.
• Good understanding of sales, negotiation, and client satisfaction.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, color, and composition.
• Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of interior materials, lighting, and furniture detailing.
• Experience in project coordination or site communication will be a plus.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience with sketch up, Lumion / Enscape / Unreal Engine.
• Basic knowledge of space planning or interior detailing.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and confident 3D Visualizer who can not only produce stunning 3D visuals but also communicate design ideas effectively to clients, participate in meetings, and assist in project sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior and architectural projects.
• Attend client meetings, present design concepts, and explain project ideas confidently.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to prepare visual proposals for clients.
• Understand client needs and suggest design solutions aligned with their budget and style.
• Assist in preparing quotations, design presentations, and concept pitches.
• Handle client follow-ups with professionalism and help the sales team in project closing.
• Work under deadlines while maintaining design quality and accuracy.
• Basic Knowledge on required materials and pricing
