Additional Requirements:
∎ Tools: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, Canva (basic social visuals), Facebook Business Suite.
∎ Client Base: Mostly online (Facebook, Instagram, website leads), targeting urban customers in Bangladesh
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 3D Design & Visualization: Create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for modular furniture layouts based on client requirements. Revise and refine visualizations based on client feedback to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Lead Generation & Online Engagement: Monitor and manage incoming leads from Facebook, website, and other online platforms. Proactively engage with potential clients through messages, comments, or calls to understand their needs.
∎ Client Communication & Sales Support: Guide clients through product features, customization options, and space solutions using 3D visuals. Build trust and convince clients with visuals and clear communication to close sales effectively.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure accurate visualization and deliverables. Participate in team meetings to align design solutions with sales goals and client expectations.
∎ After-Sales Support (Light):Provide minor support during production or installation phases by clarifying design intent, if needed.

∎ Reports To: Sales Manager / Director
∎ Job location : Mymensingh city. In some case, candidate can do work from home.
