(GTIL), is looking for aspiring professionals to fill in vacancies in its Assurance Services Department. The aspirant would be trained using the renowned GTIL Assurance methodology using the automated tools/software.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Function:
∎ Business Assurance/ Audit
∎ Team Supervision
∎ Preparing Reports
∎ Oversees audit planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting; prepares reports, and communicates findings and recommendations to the line and senior management.
∎ Responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and responsible for the development of audit staff.
∎ Preparing a report outlining the findings from your audit work. Keeping managers and partners up to date with progress of the audit.
∎ Visiting clients on-site and being a point of contact for the client.
∎ Assist in the prudential supervision of the audited entity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ At least one year of relevant experience as an internal/external auditor or reviewer (experience as a reviewer of LGSP project is a plus point for the 2nd position and must be course completed from ICAB)
∎ Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communications skills.
∎ Have a critical mindset and exercise professional judgment throughout the engagement.
∎ Accountability for performing and following up on the audit and for ensuring the delivery of work is of the highest quality.
∎ Excellent planning and organization skills and work effectively in situations involving rapid change and simultaneous demands.
∎ Proactively share knowledge and you effectively develop, motivate, coach, train and supervise less experienced team members.
