∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Hire purchase, Marketing and Sales, Micro Credit, Retail Sales and Marketing, Specialized Leasing Operational (Monitoring/ collection)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Micro-Credit, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities - Sales
∎ Achieve the sales target and assist in achieving collection target of the assigned Region
∎ Model wise growth and Increase the Market Share of the Region.
∎ Network Development of the Area and Execution BTL activities of the Region.
∎ Minimize the operational cost.
∎ Maintain liaison with the installment customers and report to National Sales Manager.
∎ Ensure financial discipline in all aspects
∎ Ensure daily time-based work plan, tour plan and summery report of sales and collection weekly basis.
∎ Ensure necessary arrangement for various inspection and verification of customers and check the forms if there is any SOP lacking.
∎ Assist NSM in suggesting about any crisis or critical matter.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to NSM.
∎ Regularly update model wise competitors' price, scheme and marketing activities to National Manager.
∎ Train and Educate the Show Room Staffs and TMs.
∎ Key Responsibilities Credit Sales
∎ Ensure daily time-based work plan, tour plan and summery report of sales and collection weekly basis.
∎ Achieve the sales target and assist in achieving collection target of the assigned Region.
∎ Ensure necessary arrangement for various inspection and verification of customers and check the forms if there is any SOP lacking.
∎ Assist NSM in suggesting about any crisis or critical matter.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to NSM.
∎ Prepare a monthly action plan in the 1st week of every month and submit to the National Manager.
∎ Ensure proper customer service.
∎ Regularly update model wise competitors' price, scheme and marketing activities to National Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of key products and their demand, pricing and value.
∎ Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
∎ Understand the customer requirement and able to map Runner Products and solutions.
∎ Should show leadership to deliver both the change management and to drive the business forward.
∎ Able to deliver key messages effectively and demonstrate products via a wide range of media.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.

Salary: Negotiable
