Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine monthly/yearly sales target and develop strategic plan to exploit existing and potential regional market share as well as ensure sales growth.
∎ Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Direct and lead the sales team of ASMZI'M/SS to execute sales strategies and to achieve monthly sales objective and evaluate sales performance.
∎ Resolve all sales related issues and problems rise from the market by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
∎ AnaIyze sales performance to understand the sales trends, sales strategies, market environment and competition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 8 years of relevant work experience from any leading FMCG company.
∎ Very good at communication, Analytical thinking and MS Excel reporting.
