Job Context:
∎ Minimum 3 Years working experience as a Zonal Manger in a reputed Micro Finance Institutions .
∎ Applicants must have experience of handling minimum 100 cores BDT outstanding with minimum 20 Branches.
∎ Applicants must have working experience with PKSF associates micro Finance institutions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Run the branch and area offices with full cooperation and guidance to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the program.
∎ Act as a bridge between the field and the head office through proper communication and coordination.
∎ Ensure organizational principles and policies in the field offices and in violating the same-take necessary administrative action.
∎ Visit the branches and groups (samiti), based on the findings-make feedback and counsel to the branch and area managers and as per rules, prepare reports and send that to the concerned authority.
∎ Analyze and assess the outcome of the all programs and offices and prepare actual report and send to the concerned department in the Head Office.
∎ Organize and participate in necessary meetings and workshops.
∎ Motivate the staff-members to speed up the program and own the organization with positive image.
∎ Assist in ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of field activities.
∎ Take proper initiative to organize necessary training and workshops to develop the staff, and make feedbacks on the appraisal report and recommend on the regularization reports of the trainee staff.
∎ Collect MIS and AIS reports of branches via area offices, consolidate them and send to the concerned department in the Head Office.
∎ Make the annual plan for the zone office, providing support to prepare plans for the branch and area offices, and monitor and feedback properly based on the plan.
∎ Based on the annual plan, assist to estimate the annual budget in field levels, monitor the same regularly, and to control the expenses-take fruitful steps.
∎ Provide overall support to internal and external audit and visiting teams, and take proper initiative to alleviate the anomalies found out by the audit or visiting teams.
∎ Participate in events, meetings, seminars and workshops organized by government and non-government organizations, and communicate and coordinate with them.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the Employees' Discipline and Appeal Rules (Service Rule) with hundred percent.
∎ Approve of the enrolment and investigate the utilization of credit money of the ME members through physical visits and give proper directions and feedbacks to the area and branch managers on the issues.
∎ Set up proper strategies to ensure 100 percent recovery (OTR) of the disbursement within the time.
∎ Transfer or make recommendation for transfer to the staff member under the zone office.
∎ Take necessary primary administrative action disciplinary offenses by staff, and in case of inexcusable offenses-send necessary papers with recommendation to the head office for final decision.
∎ Make recommend for promotion, demotion and financial benefit of staff members based on the proper appraisal of the staff, and send resignation letter of the staff with recommendation to the head office.
∎ In accordance with the employees' discipline and appeal rules approve of or recommend for necessary leaves and send the same to the head office.
∎ Sign for the organization at the house-rent agreement.
∎ Conduct Zone Bank Account and approve of and sign at the all kinds of expenditure and cash books of the zone office.
∎ Approve of all bill vouchers including mobile phone, motor cycle fuel bill, salary and allowances of the subordinates.
∎ Manage the fund properly--receive fund requisitions, collect necessary fund or transfer fund to the branch/the head office.
∎ Approve of payment of the claims of Shurakkha Fund subject to actual assessment.
∎ In a particular case, approve of special donation as per organization's rules.
∎ Approve of budget and purchase of necessary fixed assets according to procurement rules of the organization.
∎ Approve of staff loan on bicycle and put recommendation for staff loan and motorcycle loan.
∎ Approve of all kinds of loans under the credit program as per rules and regulations of the organization.
∎ Approve of expenditure on court and case after the head office endorsement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Minimum Monthly Salary 70000 BDT . But Flexible for exceptionally qualified candidates .
