∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Feed Products and Day Old Chicks (DOC) Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify business objectives as per company's business goals.
∎ Business developments meeting, planning, target prepare & budgeting.
∎ Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
∎ Identifying market gap selecting dealers and preparing agreement and set target of selected dealers
∎ To promote the company's product and establish sales guideline within working area.
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets.
∎ Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
∎ Any other job as assigned by Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should have previous relevant experience in the industry or a similar company or industry and leadership roles.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
