Job Responsibilities:
∎ YouTube content id and content claiming.
∎ Interest in and aptitude for developing social media and content strategy solutions
∎ Possesses understanding of Social advertising campaign management and optimization practices across Facebook & Instagram.
∎ Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
∎ Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from client's stated business objectives and implement those plans
∎ Displays organizational capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of campaigns
∎ Develop strategy for channel subscriber growth
∎ Plan and publish video releases and schedules for our YouTube accounts
∎ Optimize channels and create and organize video playlists, add custom end cards, and work with design teams to update channel design elements
∎ Work with the teams to monitor discussions and comments across YouTube channels and engage with the communities
∎ Sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring YouTube channels engagement and metrics to identify best practices.
∎ Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
∎ Collaborate with design teams to plan and develop YouTube content, style and layout.
∎ Create and publish engaging content.
∎ Develop a proficient understanding of Googles products and the relationships between its various businesses.
∎ Work with hiring managers in our Global Business Operations and Portfolio organizations to understand the structure of their teams, their ongoing projects and hiring demands.
∎ Identify, engage, advise Google-caliber talent, and focus on creating great experiences.
∎ Communicate the nuances of our hiring process, our technologies, and the technical demands of our Operations and Engineering positions clearly.
∎ Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out ways to improve the business.
∎ Join regular editorial discussion of video strategy, recommendations, programming and workflow
∎ Research and identify tent pole subjects for brands, along with content recommendations and insights to help promote the channel
∎ Become familiar with the brand voices by studying brand-specific trends and social media accounts
∎ Advise in overall company video strategy by analyzing YouTube analytics as well as the overall video ecosystem to help drive more engaging and higher performing content and help the company make data-driven programming decisions
∎ Communicate YouTube strategy internally by collaborating with various departments on video strategy, creating and updating company YouTube best practices and new channel optimization checklists

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ 3-5 years' experience on strategizing for YouTube channels
∎ Knowledge on YouTube channel verification badge
∎ Must have depth knowledge on YouTube channel verification badge.
∎ Understand YouTube rights management
∎ Must have knowledge on YouTube content id and content claiming.
∎ Good understanding on YouTube Content Verification Program
∎ Proven track record of audience growth on other channels
∎ Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
∎ Understanding of the digital video and a proven interest in keeping up with all video platforms across the web
∎ Analytics expertise and experience building data-driven video strategies.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
