Responsibilities & Context:
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international buyers (especially sweater and knitwear factories).
Understand buyer requirements and ensure timely communication and service.
Sales & Order Management
Promote the company’s fancy and specialty yarn collections to existing and potential clients.
Handle inquiries, provide product details, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Marketing & Promotion
Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.
Participate in local and international textile/yarn trade fairs and exhibitions.
Prepare marketing materials including product samples, brochures, and digital content.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
Monitor current market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activities.
Suggest new product developments based on industry demand (e.g., Air Spun, Mossy, Chenille, Recycled yarns).
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of all sales activities, customer communications, and order status updates.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Had to achieve the target.
Certification & Compliance Support
Coordinate with buyers regarding INDITEX and other required certifications.
Ensure all submitted documents and samples meet buyer compliance standards.
