∎ B.Sc (Hon's) or M.Sc in Textile Engineering/IPE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Time Study and determine capacity of operators (workers).
∎ Preparing workers skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Bulletin/Layout.
∎ Monitor the work flow for maximum utilization of men & machines
∎ Keeping updated records of the area assigned & maintain daily IE related reports
∎ Liaison with planning for productivity improvement and input.
∎ To balance the line(s) and operators grading assessment
∎ Contribute in method and process development
∎ Identify and eradicate bottleneck in operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Industrial Engineering will be preferred.
∎ Strong ability to communicate in English
∎ Must have shirt exprience
Salary: Negotiable
