Job Context:
∎ ASL BPO is a BPO / Outsourcing Firm that provides outsourcing solutions to international businesses and global brands abroad.
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic Web Developer in our Digital Marketing Team with prior experience in WordPress Web Development
∎ Should have in-depth Knowledge and experience in Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, Laravel, NodeJS, XML and JSON, MySQL, and jQuery.
∎ This job is NOT for freshers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites.
∎ Customize and extend plugins and themes to meet specific project requirements.
∎ Ensure that all web pages are compatible with all browsers
∎ Create interactive UI/UX design for websites
∎ Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability
∎ Ensure that web design is optimized for smartphones
∎ Do any bug fixes that may arise in the WordPress Site
∎ Must have experience with complex plugins, widgets, and theme development
∎ Front-end interface development of WordPress themes using HTML / CSS / PHP and JavaScript
∎ WordPress plugin integration and development
∎ Collaborate with other team members of the digital marketing team
∎ Working hours will be 9 AM to 6 PM 6 days a week.
∎ Oversee basic on-site Search Engine Optimization best practice implementation
∎ Dedication to completing & delivering assigned tasks within the given time frame
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer - a portfolio is required
∎ Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
∎ Punctuality is expected at all time
∎ Must have a can-do attitude
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Has to pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
∎ Has to be a strong team player who can manage multiple projects
Salary: Tk. 26000 (Monthly)
