Experience Requirement: Minimum 3-5 years in women’s fashion design (retail clothing sector preferred)
Strong sense of color, fabric, and styling for women’s fashion.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
Good understanding of pattern making and garment construction.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop creative and trend-focused women’s wear collections that align with the brand identity.
Research upcoming fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and colors for seasonal design planning.
Create mood boards, sketches, and digital design presentations.
Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure sample accuracy and quality.
Monitor fitting, finishing, and final approval of products.
Work closely with the marketing team to align product design with brand campaigns.
