Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A Top Telecom Operator is looking for WiFi Router Business Development Officer -The WiFi Router Installer is responsible for the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of WiFi routers and related network equipment at customer premises. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their network needs, ensuring optimal placement of devices, and providing excellent customer service.Candidate Must have Motor-Cycle to provide ServiceVacancy (08) : Mymensingh Sadar, Brahmanbaria Sadar, Tangail Sadar, Bogra Sadar ,Dinajpur Sadar ,Rangpur Sadar ,Rajshahi_Boalia,Cox-bazar Sadar.
∎ Install and configure WiFi routers, extenders, and other network devices at residential and commercial locations.
∎ Active a New SIM Card Via Biometric process.
∎ Perform speed tests and adjust settings to optimize network performance
∎ Ensure optimal placement of devices for maximum coverage and performance & Configure security settings, including passwords and encryption protocols
∎ Provide on-site technical support to customers during and after installation
∎ Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
