Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Welfare, woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Counseling absentees, skill, ill disciplined issues of workers.
∎ • Compliance affairs for a garments (woven) factory.
∎ • Process/collect grievance of workers & confer with management to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.
∎ • Conduct the awareness program and PA system for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid C-TPAT, environment etc.
∎ • Check the workplace cleanliness all the time to ensure the hygienic atmosphere.
∎ • Keeping official record on welfare management.
∎ • Grievance Handling procedure & counseling of workers.
∎ • Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues;
∎ • Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out;
∎ • Facts findings of investigation report.
∎ • Maintaining awareness of and compliance with Company, state and labor laws.
∎ • Employee motivation and morale-building activities. Collect grievance of workers & bring it to knowledge of Mgt.
∎ • Take care of workers, special care of pregnant worker & child care room.
∎ • Able to handle factory general worker
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
