∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Health/ Safety & Fire, HR Compliance, Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
∎ Give orientation to the newly recruited worker.
∎ Conduct awareness building related training on regular basis.
∎ Grievance Handling procedure & counseling of workers
∎ Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
∎ Checking Complaint / Suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
∎ Organizing meetings like PC, EHS & OHS committees and ensuring maternity benefits as per Labour Law.
∎ Coordinating activities of Medical center including its compliance issues.
∎ Maintaining Maternity issue and Welfare trust.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Ensuring different documentations related to Compliance and HR.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with factory management, staff and workers.
∎ Correspond with external auditors and follow-up on compliance issues and findings.
∎ Any other task provided by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015.
∎ Having Good knowledge in Microsoft word, Excel, Power-point &Bijoy
∎ Good skill- writing, speaking & communication skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be aware about Social Compliance Audit & Safety Audit.
∎ Excellent follow-up ability.
∎ Personal qualities of integrity and dedication to the company mission.
∎ The applicants should have experience in same position at ready-made garments industry.
