Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
* Experience managing domain setup, hosting, and server tasks.
* Ability to create custom forms and implement unique functionalities.
* Understanding of schema markup, sitemaps, and technical SEO.
* Prior experience in E-commerce, E-commerce startups, or F-commerce is highly preferred.
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
* Build responsive, high-performing websites using WordPress.
* Customize WordPress themes and child themes to meet project requirements.
* Install, configure, and extend WordPress plugins; develop custom plugins as needed.
* Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve visibility.
* Optimize websites for speed using caching, lazy loading, and minification.
* Ensure mobile-first design and cross-device compatibility.
* Apply WordPress security best practices and perform regular updates.
* Set up backup systems, SSL certificates, and hosting configurations.
* Collaborate with the creative and content team for planning and delivery.
* Proficient in WordPress with strong experience in Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.
* Knowledge of SEO tools (Yoast, Rank Math, Google Search Console).
* Familiarity with custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, Laravel , React, Next.js, Tailwin
* Ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs.
* Strong plugin and theme customization skills.
* Database management (MySQL) and server configuration knowledge.
