Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Water Resource Management /Water Resources Engineering/ relevant disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have adequate knowledge in water resource development and management;
∎ Assessment of Environmental Impact in water regime due to intervention in requirement with the Environmental Compliance;
∎ Preparation of different types of Water related and Environmental Impact Assessment reports (e.g. IEE, EIA, EMP etc.);
∎ Development of compliance monitoring program for construction and supervision of any projects;
∎ Team formation and Co-ordinating for implementation of the field survey;
∎ Designing a checklist for conducting field visit and primary data collection;
∎ Should have capacity to organize consultation meeting with various stakeholders about different natural resources issues;
∎ Attending different meetings with clients to understand their requirements and proposing convincing solution;
∎ Maintaining liaison with consulting firm, Department of Environment (DoE), and different government bodies;
∎ Environmental services marketing and business harness;
∎ Responsible for staff training and ensure all members of workforce recognize & understand their responsibility & own contribution to improve water resource qualities and its use.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about water resource assessment, sampling & test methods, and analysis of data
∎ Willing to take challenge and work for the interest of organization
∎ Strong inter-personal skills and knowledge sharing
∎ Skills in good writing and verbal communications
∎ Should have experience in multi-disciplinary team
∎ He/she has to go to field as when required
