Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B.Sc.) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in science discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Garments, Quality control, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and controlling the overall (end to end) quality related activities in washing section.
∎ Sound documentation knowledge. Handle the internal & external management & technical issues.
∎ Identify root-causes and take corrective actions to solve quality related issues.
∎ Dealing with the buyers.
∎ Work on the recipes & suggest developments.
∎ Arrange regular training sessions for the work associates and staffs.
∎ Implement Quality Management System in Washing Plant& beyond.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have strong denim washing, wet & dry process knowledge.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Problem solving skills .
∎ Good and strong communication ability in English.
∎ Must stay near the factory area.
