Job Responsibilities:
∎ Warehouse over all operation and planning of the factory (site, personnel, equipment)
∎ Material storage location management and daily inventory, to ensure consistent warehouse accounts, timely delivery and payment.
∎ Carry out on site warehouse management, personnel safety management, logistics process optimization, on-site 5S maintenance optimization, etc
∎ Notify the concern section (Merchandising, Production, and Commercial etc.) regarding in-house materials and the balance quantity of those materials.
∎ Follow up model-wise files for the accessories and conduct Inventory with ensuing proper report.
∎ Implementing operational strategies and procedures in Warehouse as per prescribed SOP.
∎ Ensuring maintenance of Warehouse compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Methods.
∎ Ensuring all reception and distribution of materials are properly posted and documented as well.
∎ Supervising all operational issues and upholding the safety of the Warehouse.
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments;
∎ Create ERP requisition of all kinds of general items, Accessories, chemicals, spare parts etc. to meet smooth production and Operation;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Entry, Computer skill, Good at Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) MCD, Warehouse Management
∎ Chinese Language speaker will get preference.
