Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Education·       Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Commerce / Arts / Science or any other similar discipline from any reputed university/institute.
∎ Experience·       5 to 6 years.
∎ Job Responsibilities:·
∎ 1.    Develop and implement strategies for warehouse optimization, focusing on improving operational efficiency, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.·
∎ 2.      Develop, maintain, and implement an efficient inventory management system that ensures the accurate issuance, organized storage, and thorough record-keeping of goods.·
∎ 3.       Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations by overseeing the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.·
∎ 4.      Conduct periodic inventory audits of warehouse operations, systems, and documents to monitor performance and implement qualitative improvements within the warehouse team.
∎ 5.       Maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders (Area Managers, Audit Team, Accounts and HR Adim.
∎ 6.       Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential disruptions in warehouse operations and ensure the safety and security of warehouse inventory, systems, and structures.
∎ 7      Responsible for the timely submission of accurate reports on warehouse operations and recommend improvement to the management team
