Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and Serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages.
∎ Provide excellent customer services.
∎ Always Strive towards best customer satisfaction.
∎ Greet customers and present menus.
∎ Make suggestions based on their preferences.
∎ Take and serve food/drinks orders.
∎ Clean and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
∎ Inform guest of daily specials.
∎ Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules.
∎ Arrange table settings.
