Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Nari Sramik Kendra (BNSK) is a development organization, dedicated to promote and protect rights of the migrant workers especially for women migrant workers through (i) Mass awareness campaigns for safe orderly and regular migration; (ii) Capacity building for potential migrants and socioeconomic reintegration of returnee migrants; and (iii) advocacy to promote and protect rights of the migrants and victims of trafficking.
∎ BNSK has signed a partnership agreement titled EMPWER with PROKAS, British Council to create an impact in service delivery in migration sector of Bangladesh. It plans to see the Overall impact in women migration is -Reduced incidence of Modern Slavery of women migrant workers of Bangladesh through economic, social, and legal empowerment.
∎ BNSK is looking for a competent and self-motivated individual for the following position:
∎ Reporting to the Program Manager of BNSK
∎ The position is based in BNSK head office in Dhaka and Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize events (training, orientation, workshop, rally, day observation, etc.)
∎ For training, orientation& workshop:
∎ Venue decoration (sound, banner, sitting arrangement, maintain positive environment and others utilities)
∎ Day observation and rally
∎ Participant list finalization for the rally
∎ Preparation and plan of risk assessment for the program
∎ Ensuring timely participation for the rally
∎ Ensure banner, cap and relevant logistics
∎ Photo/video capture and quotation collect for the events
∎ Ensuring and following return of the participants with following GE&CP(Child Protection) compliance
∎ Ensure participant signature with attendance sheet
∎ To comply others works as per guidance of management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on Windows Excel and/MS Word
∎ The position is based in BNSK head office in Dhaka and Manikganj.
