We are looking for a highly creative Visualiser who can conceptualize and produce unique visual ideas that strengthen our brand identity. The ideal candidate should excel in both hand-drawn and digital sketches, work efficiently under deadlines, and support all static, art, and brand design tasks.

• Develop innovative visual ideas that differentiate the brand in the market.

• Create detailed hand-drawn and digital visual concepts and product sketches.

• Maintain SWISH Standard across all creative outputs.

• Produce high-quality visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Ensure proper use of contrast, alignment, proximity, color balance, and overall design structure.

• Analyze typography and apply visual hierarchy effectively.

• Ensure all designs deliver clear messages and align with the target audience.

• Deliver polished, accurate, and finished visuals.

• Support the team with static design, art creation, and brand visuals.

• Generate new creative ideas to enhance visual output.

• Report to the Team Leader and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
