Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly creative Visualiser who can conceptualize and produce unique visual ideas that strengthen our brand identity. The ideal candidate should excel in both hand-drawn and digital sketches, work efficiently under deadlines, and support all static, art, and brand design tasks.
Develop innovative visual ideas that differentiate the brand in the market.
Create detailed hand-drawn and digital visual concepts and product sketches.
Maintain SWISH Standard across all creative outputs.
Produce high-quality visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Ensure proper use of contrast, alignment, proximity, color balance, and overall design structure.
Analyze typography and apply visual hierarchy effectively.
Ensure all designs deliver clear messages and align with the target audience.
Deliver polished, accurate, and finished visuals.
Support the team with static design, art creation, and brand visuals.
Generate new creative ideas to enhance visual output.
Report to the Team Leader and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
