• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & Google Sheets)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Do you have a passion for travel and a knack for navigating the complexities of visa applications?

In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their visa applications are completed accurately and efficiently. You'll provide expert guidance, manage the application process, and liaise with embassies to secure approvals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire visa application process for popular tourist destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, etc.)
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures
• Ensure all applications are completed accurately and fees are paid correctly
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite approvals and resolve issues
• Conduct thorough reviews of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize success rates
• Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications for documentation and reporting purposes
• Handle complex visa applications and escalated cases using problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
