∎ Candidates from tourism and hospitality management will get priority.
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Previous experience in the travel industry or agency is highly preferred.
∎ Excellent English Communication skills.
∎ Advanced level proficiency in MS Office suite (Especially in MS Excel and Google spreadsheet).
∎ Working Shifts: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m./ 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.-(Roaster Based).
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.

∎ Manage and oversee the tourist visa application process for various destinations including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, etc.
∎ Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for different countries.
∎ Ensure all application forms are correctly filled out and fees are paid as required.
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite visa approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
∎ Conduct thorough review and verification of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications, approvals, denials, and related correspondence for documentation and reporting purposes.
∎ Handle escalated cases or complex visa applications, employing problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.
