• Review, prepare, and verify all visa application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to submit applications and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure all documentation meets legal, security, and immigration guidelines.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of client files and submitted documents.
• Stay updated on immigration rules, policy changes, processing times, and new requirements issued by relevant authorities.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and data security.
