Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa applications for the various countries.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, passport offices, security clearance authorities, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/ Amadeus/Web modules), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service.
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Any other Tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 28 to 35 years. No more than 40 years if rich work experience.
∎ Sound knowledge about processing visa of Bangladesh & others Countries (especial China).
∎ Previous experience to work relevant work
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, photoshop and Power-Point) Internet browsing and fast typing (Both English & Bengali)
∎ Strong deal of common sense, etiquette & an ability to think independently.
∎ Positive working attitude, honesty.
∎ Can ride a motorcycle with license (our company will provide)
