∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Counseling, Education, Student Counselling and Visa P, Student Visa Processingng
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians over the phone and face to face about the admission procedure of foreign universities.(USA, Canada , Uk , Australia,European Country etc )
∎ Knowledge and Experience of Student Visa / Visit Visa / Work Permit Visa / Family Migration Visa.
∎ Knowledge of Files Submission, Application process in Portal and process of file Submission to embassy.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face.
∎ Process and manage admissions applications, via UCAS, conjunction with colleagues in the admissions team
∎ Offer high-quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
∎ Ensure all student admissions with current internal and external admissions and quality assurance policies, Gather applicants’ references and supporting documents.
∎ To work closely with the Visa Compliance and Admissions teams to provide advice and guidance on the requirements.
∎ Maintain data, academic engagement records and other appropriate records systems and databases relating to student records and the compilation of reports, annual monitoring and trend-data associated with the counseling team.
∎ Check all the corresponding documents thoroughly to ensure that students who meet the requirements of student visa.
∎ Work closely with the counselor to ensure that all assigned correctly and within agreed deadlines.
∎ Communicate regularly with students who are applying for the student visa to ensure that our student records are updated.
∎ Assist the visa compliance team in contributing to the development and update of immigration related information for prospective international students.
∎ Should be target achievers, goal-oriented, and must be punctual.
