Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and overseas the visa department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
∎ Ensure compliance with visa regulations and requirements, and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates.
∎ Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
∎ Write & submit reports on tasks and maintain proper official records.
∎ Advising clients on the health insurance policy that suits their travel based on their travel period.
∎ Call up clients as regards their request for travel services.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies, embassies, and consulates to obtain visas and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visa services, and increase sales.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including handling any complaints or issues that may arise.
∎ Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and other relevant data to monitor performance and make informed business decisions.
∎ Good knowledge Graphics Design (Photoshop & Illustrator), Facebook Profile & Page Operate.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance changing accessories, troubleshooting.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and CCTV.
∎ Data entry on Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Print & photocopy documents.
∎ All kinds of print Design, Social Media Ads Design, Logo & Branding.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge Website (word press) Developing & maintenance.
∎ Excellent in computer literacy.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have well behaved.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Visa Processing & IT related knowledge.
