Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under supervision, the consultant's main responsibility is to manage cases in assigned countries for a specific portfolio of clients.
∎ Liaise with third-party vendors (TPV) and clients to ensure cases are on track.
∎ Draft emails to clients/stakeholders, with correspondence reviewed by a Senior Consultant.
∎ Update stakeholders on milestones.
∎ Coordinate under supervision additional services with other internal teams (consular, documents, etc.) where applicable.
∎ Exercise judgment in identifying and escalating matters to the line manager's attention. Senior consultants will be the first port of call for minor escalations with more complex/critical escalations being handled by managers and senior managers.
∎ Document review & ability to counseling to clients.
∎ Assist applicants with documentation before applying for a visa.
∎ Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.
∎ GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AS REQUIRED INCLUDING:
∎ Billing responsibilities.
∎ Case record updates.
∎ Document review and tracking.
∎ Monitoring/confirming upcoming expiries.
∎ Ad hoc admin tasks.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Mental/Physical Requirements:
∎ This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
