Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant to join our team and enrich our travel and tourism services.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about Visa processing of several countries of the world, especially India, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Australia, U.K., USA, Schengen, Canada etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Create new and maintain existing relationships with local organizations, companies, etc. in the tourism industry.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, travel agents, passport offices, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Maintain Proper Documentation and Communication with offices.
∎ Receiving and answering short mail and calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email.
∎ Reporting to assigned department.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email & Internet access.
∎ Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or suppliers.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
